\nWe explored which concepts and ideas dominate the image of art, which “points of friction” and stereotypes become recognizable.<\/p>\n

We worked with moments of irritation that make the social and private processes of differentiation recognizable and tried to break down the limitations of aesthetic perception.

\nPeople are invited to do what is actually perceived as an urban nuisance, graffiti on posters. Over a longer period of time, we place posters designed by us in various busy places and at bus stops. The content of the picture associates certain situations to which the viewer can relate. He is invited to inscribe himself in the empty spaces of the picture, to make a personal statement. Depending on the influence on the poster, the image statement and thus the image perception changes.<\/p>\n

2nd stop
\nWe use a public transport stop as the “entry point” for our second survey campaign (it would also be conceivable to set up a fictitious additional stop where the bus stops briefly). Traveling by bus is a movement that inevitably crosses territories, that makes borders, junctions and open areas visible; the moment of stopping is a moment of “shift”, a moment of upheaval in the movement.
\nWe ask people on the bus what they like to see out of their window.<\/p>\n
